(1) With the AC Adapter Kit ACK-E2, AC power
is possible.
(2) With BATTERY GRIP BG-E2, two battery
packs can be used. Or six size-AA batteries
can be used.
OFF/ON/ON (Quick Control Dial ON), 3 settings
• Power turns off if the CF card slot cover or
battery chamber cover is opened.
Approx. 0.2 sec.
• When Power Switch is set from Off to On,
and startup is completed as SW-1 is On
(ready to shoot).
Automatic battery check when the main switch
is turned on. The battery level is indicated by one
of three levels on the LCD panel (or four levels if
non-display is counted).
Power turns off after the set time of non-
operation elapses.
• Select from the menu's [Auto power off] the
