Diaphragm Carburetor
The
Yamaha snowmobiles
have one diaphragm-type carburetor.

carburetor incorporates an
internal metering device

meters the

air/fuel mixture to the engine regardless
of vibration
or
machine position.
Superior Braking
A new des ign
in
the track, sprocket,
V-belt
and
caliper
disc brake
has
greatly
improved the
braking efficiency
and
safety
of the Yamaha snowmobile.

fiberglass
engine shroud

suspension
