PROBLEM
Wheel bearing failure.

psi during maintenance

adjustment.

PROBABLE CAUSE
Depth stop contracts limit valve
does not close off flow.
Machine will raise by not lower.
Seals not properly installed.
Draft comp maintenance is hooked
up in reverse at the tractor.
Tractor circuit is flooding the draft
comp circuit.
Manual by-pass valve is open.
SOLUTION
•
Clean check valve.
•
Replace check valve.
Check limit valve and manifold for
correct plumbing.
Triple lip seal should be installed
with lips points outward away from
the hub.
Reverse the couplers at the tractor.
Turn the flow down at the tractor for
the draft comp circuit to <20%.
Close by-pass valve by rotating
clock-wise to stop.
