PROBLEM
Tilt cylinder does not fully extent
after lowering machine into

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
SOLUTION
Consult the operator's manual for
the tractor. Increase timer setting to
fully stroke the tilt cylinder.
Increase/turn on wing down
pressure.
Repair or replace wing fold cylinder.
Synchronize cylinders by holding
not
hydraulic circuit in extended position
for 5 to 10 seconds after full
extension.
Install cylinders in decreasing
diameters as distance from center
increases.
Check hose routing against
schematics (found in parts manual).
Try a different tractor circuit known
to work.
Confirm spring plunger to be
depressing limit valve plunder
when folded forward.
Hitch safety circuit limit valve
leaking and needs replaced.
