Trouble Shooting


HDCP fail: Please use the receiver remote or front panel and enable
Menu 47 "HDCP always On" function on the receiver box.
(Press: Menu -> 47 -> Enter -> 1 -> Enter)

No display: Please force 1080p 60 Hz output on the receiver box by
pressing "Menu -> 40 -> Enter -> 2-> Enter" on the receiver remote
or front panel.

Make sure the Transmitter & Receiver are on the same Channel

Reset to default "Menu -> 333 -> Enter

Note: This remote can only control either Tx or Rx.
This Process only sets up the remotes.
You don't have to point the remote to the devices.
