4.3 Scheduling a Conference

Prerequisites
Before scheduling a conference, ensure that:



Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the 8650 web interface.
Step 2 Choose Conferences > New Conference.
The Add > Set Parameters dialog box is displayed, as shown in
Issue 04 (2013-07-20)
indicates the participant has been added and registers with the embedded GK
Step 3 through Step 5
All participant endpoints have registered with the 8650 embedded GK.
The conference involves two participant endpoints or more.
Set the connection mode to Built-in web.
