Installing the Board
Step 1 Remove the filler panel, if there is a filler panel on the slot.
If only one board is installed on the MCU, the blank panels of other slots must be installed.
The slots cannot be exposed. Otherwise, the heat dissipation and electromagnetic shielding
effect of the 8650 MCU will be influenced.
Step 2 Hold the ejector levers outwards in a horizontal manner, as shown in picture A in
Insert the board smoothly along the slot guide rail until the locating pin on the front panel is
placed in the pin locating hole on the frame.

Do not move the board by holding the ejector levers; otherwise, the board may be damaged
due to the falling of the ejector levers.
Step 3 Press the ejector levers inwards until the inner sides of the ejector levers contact the front end
of the frame. See picture B in
Step 4 Fix the screws with a screwdriver. See picture C in

Reserve some materials for packing the boards (such as antistatic boxes and bags) in the
room and storing them for future use.
