ATTENTION!
Danger of damaging the machine!
Before switching on the solenoid valve for the knife cylinder ensure
that the sewing basket stands in the initial position.
Function test:
Turn on the machine and, by means of the technician code "1907"
call up the parameter
"F - 173".
By means of the "+" and "-" key call up the numbers "01", "02" or
"03".
As soon as one of the a.m. numbers have been called up, the key
B will permit to switch on the respective proximity switch.
01 = Moving-in the control cylinder
02 = Moving out the control cylinder
03 = Knife cylinder
NOTE
The engaged solenoid valve must present 24 V.
Enter the parameters in the programming mode. The parameters and
the allocated values will be displayed.
In order to avoid an unintentional change of the pre-set parameters,
the control of the control panel is subdivided into different levels (
Operator, technician, fitter ).
The operator ( sewer) can have a direct access to the level.
The access to the other levels is only possible after entering a code
number.
ATTENTION !
While changing the parameters on the operator level, do not turn the
crank or the hand wheel!
