I have a BK1200 and it has suddenly stopped responding to came fob 432NA. There is power to the motor but no sound when fob is pressed. There is a red light on the fob when pressed and new batteries are fitted. What might be the reason for no connection fob to motor please? Should we try to reprogramme the fob to motor? If so, can ou please instruct. Thank you.

The CAME BK1200 may not be responding to the fob 432NA due to several reasons, such as:

1. Fob Not Programmed – The fob might not be paired with the motor.
2. Battery Issue – The fob’s battery could be depleted or weak.
3. Signal Interference – Other wireless devices or metal objects could be causing interference.
4. Receiver Issue – The motor’s receiver might not be functioning correctly.
5. Incorrect Frequency – The fob must match the motor’s frequency.

Yes, the fob should be reprogrammed to the motor if it is not recognized. Check the manual for the correct programming procedure.
