To turn off Bluetooth on the Sole Fitness E25, you cannot manually switch it off completely. However, Bluetooth for the heart rate function disconnects automatically when the workout ends, and the console switches back to the previously connected app. For the music function, disconnecting the "Bt-speaker" from your mobile device’s Bluetooth settings will stop the connection.

The Sole Fitness E25 incline lowers slowly during use because it uses a power-adjustable incline system that takes time to adjust. Additionally, the incline mechanism produces some sound when adjusting but operates quietly overall.
