ELLIPTICAL FEATURES INCLINE ADJUSTMENT Both the E20 and E25 have an incline feature that will further increase the variety of your workouts. When the incline is at its lowest position you get a normal elliptical workout. As the incline increases you will feel your knees rise higher with each step; which means you are involving more muscle fibers, due to the increased range of motion.

The Elliptical has a built in heart rate monitoring system. Simply grasping the Contact Heart Rate Sensors on the stationary handle bars or wearing the chest strap transmitter (E20 Sold Separately) will start the heart icon blinking (this may take a few seconds). The Pulse Window will display your heart rate in beats per minute and the HR bar graph will show your current % in relation to projected heart rate maximum.

ENTERING A PROGRAM AND CHANGING SETTINGS Press each program button (E25) or Level 5/6(E20) to scroll through the program selections. The profile for each program will be displayed in the dot matrix window. Both models will show the incline profile also when the Display key is pressed.
