e) After testing a swipe, press the magnetic stripe card button in the top menu bar to open a menu,

and select

to disable the magnetic stripe read head and conserve power.

Set MSR Off

To disconnect from the host and power down iDynamo 6, unplug the cable from the device's USB-C

receptacle.
