NOTE: You also need the HPE ARCS 42U Air Rack Installation Kit to complete the panel installation. For
more information on the HPE ARCS 42U & 48U Air Rack Installation Kit contents, see Accessory and
option kit contents.
To install the front extension side panel blanks:
1. Place the blank against the IT rack, and line up the screw holes.
2. Install four screws to hold the blank in place.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each additional front extension side panel blank.
To install the side panel blanks:
NOTE: If the HPE Adaptive Rack Cooling System is at the end of the row, side panel blanks must be
installed from the outside, as shown in the previous illustration.
1. From the inside of the HPE Adaptive Rack Cooling System, place the blank against the IT rack, and
line up the screw holes.
2. Install three screws to hold the blank in place.
