The Bluetooth connection is not established.
Possible cause
The steps required for pairing were not carried
out.
Connectivity functions are deactivated because
the race track functions are activated.
The communication system was not connected
automatically despite successful pairing.
Too many Bluetooth devices are saved on the
helmet.
There are other vehicles with Bluetooth-capable
devices in the vicinity.
Bluetooth connection is interrupted.
Possible cause
The Bluetooth connection to the mobile end
device is interrupted.
The Bluetooth connection to the helmet is inter-
rupted.
The volume in the helmet cannot be adjusted.
Rectification
Check the necessary steps for pairing in the oper-
ating instructions for the communication system.
Go to Settings menu and deactivate
Racetrack.
Switch off the helmet's communication system
and reconnect it after a minute or two.
All pairing entries on the helmet are deleted (see
the communication system operating instructions).
Avoid simultaneously pairing with more vehicles.
