3.2 Start

1. After switching on the hazer by means of the
power switch (2), the display will indicate the
firmware version.
M-600H version V0.1
2. While the hazer is heating up, the display will
also indicate the heat-up status in per cent:
FM-600H heating 0%
3. When the hazer has heated up, the display
will indicate:
FM-600H Machine Ready
The hazer is now ready for operation.

3.3 Settings via the menu

1) When the hazer has heated up, press the but-
ton FUNCTION to call up the menu:

Wait Time Set Mode: 10S
Use the buttons  and  to set the interval
(1 – 600 seconds) and press the button FUNC-
TION to go to the next menu item.

Start Time Set Mode: 10S
Use the buttons  and  to set the output
time (1 – 600 seconds) and press the button
FUNCTION to go to the next menu item.
4)
Timer Haze Volume Out: 50%
Use the buttons  and  to set the haze vol-
ume (1 – 100 %) and press the button FUNC-
TION to go to the next menu item.
5)
Fan Adjusting Volume: 100%
Use the buttons  and  to set the fan speed
(1 – 100 %) and press the button FUNCTION
to go to the next menu item.
6)
The DMX device address set: 1
Use the buttons  and  to set the DMX
address (1 – 511) and press the button FUNC-
TION to go to the next menu item.
7) Press the button

3.4 Starting the haze output

The haze outlet at the front is adjustable. Use the
flap (12) to adjust the opening angle as desired.
Never direct the haze outlet at persons and
keep it away from any flammable or explosive
material.
The temperature of the hazer surface may
reach 40 – 80 °C. Never touch the housing dur-
ing operation or before it has cooled down
after operation!

If there is a loud pump noise, if the haze vol-
ume is reduced or if there is no haze output
at all, switch off the hazer immediately. Check
the fluid level, the fuse, the DMX connection
and the mains plug. If it is not possible to elim-
inate the fault, please contact your retailer.
It is quite normal that the haze volume is lower
than usual when the hazer is operated for
the first time.
Occasionally a small amount of haze may be
produced between and after operation, even
if no haze output has been activated.
3.4.1 Button TIMER for the values
adjusted in the menu
1) When the hazer has heated up and is on
standby, press the button TIMER to start the
haze output, i.e. with haze output time and
haze volume according to the settings made
in the menu.
Ex ample: When the interval and the haze out-
put time are both 10 seconds, the display
will indicate
Haze Wait:10
Press the button FUNCTION and the but-
tons  and  to change the settings in
the menu.
2) To exit this mode, press the button .
