3.5 Switching off the hazer

After the last haze output, wait for 5 min-
utes before you switch off the hazer. This will
ensure that the heating tube is completely
empty.
1) Briefly press the button
stop the haze output or to exit the menu if
the menu has been called up.
2) Press the button
the automatic cleaning program of the hazer.
The display will indicate:
Do not off in clean 300S
i. e. do not switch off the hazer during auto-
matic cleaning which will take 5 minutes.
When the hazer has been cleaned, the display
will indicate:
To turn off the POWER!!!
The hazer can be switched off.
Attention: Always follow the instructions above be-
fore switching off the hazer!

3.6 DMX control

Once a DMX signal is available at the DMX input,
the display will indicate, e. g.
DMX-512 Add.: 1
PMP: 0%
In this example, the DMX start address is set to
1, the haze output (pump) is 0 and the fan is set
to the lowest level.
The FM-600H can be controlled via DMX now:

4 Electronic Fluid Level Sensor (TCO)

If the fog fluid has been consumed during op-
eration and the tank is empty, the hazer will
continue operation for 5 minutes without any
fluid. After this time, the TCO will stop the op-
erating mode to protect the hazer. The display
will indicate:
Beware: No Liquid!
i.e. the tank is empty and the hazer will stop
working.
1) In this case, switch off the hazer and discon-
nect the mains plug.
2) Refill the tank with fog fluid and restart the
hazer.
3) For a faster haze output, set the haze volume
to the highest level in the menu. If the pump
does not pump any fluid after 5 minutes, the
display will indicate again:
Beware: No Liquid!
Repeat the steps described above until the
hazer starts working.
Note: The electronic fluid level sensor (TCO) is an
additional protection for the hazer. To avoid long in-
terruptions, always keep an eye on the fluid level.

5 Maintenance

Clean the hazer at regular intervals to avoid any
damage. It is also recommended to clean the
heat-resistant tube after 40 operating hours:
Please use cleaning fluid consisting of 20 % vin-
egar and 80 % distilled water.
1) Disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
2) Pour out the fog fluid and fill the tank with
cleaning fluid.
3) Connect the hazer to the mains. The hazer
will heat up.
4) Operate the hazer with cleaning fluid until
the tank is empty.
Unsuitable fluids may clog the hazer or dam-
age the pump. If this happens, it will not be
possible to continue operation. In this case,
please consult a skilled technician.
For cleaning the outside of the hazer, only use
a dry, soft cloth.
