6 Basic Troubleshooting

Error message
Machine Temperature is too HIGH
1. In most cases, no fog fluid is left in the tank.
When the hazer is operated with an empty
tank, the temperature inside the hazer will
get very high. In this case, refill the tank with
fog fluid. When the hazer has cooled down,
it will resume normal operation.
2. Failure of the electronic system may also cause
high temperatures. Please take the hazer to
your retailer and have it checked and repaired,
if required.
Error message
Temperature sensor error
1. The cause is usually a heating failure. In this
case, the hazer must be repaired by a skilled
technician.
2. If there is a malfunction while the hazer is
heating up, it may help to switch the hazer
off and to switch it on again.
3. Very high temperatures may also occur during
automatic cleaning.
