The Transmission Journal page displays the following information for each transmission journal.

Selects a page when there are 101 items or more.
This displays the serial number of the journals.
This displays the file number to identify the received job.
This displays the time length taken for the transmissions. If it takes more
than 1 hour, "59:59" is indicated.
This displays the recipient name set for the transmission job.
This displays the fax number or E-mail address of the recipient for the
transmission job.
This displays the department code if department management is enabled.
This displays the line used.
This displays the transmission mode*.
This displays the number of pages of the transmission job.
This displays the date and time the transmission job was performed.
This displays the result of the transmission.
This displays the user account name of the owner of the transmission job.
