Your dealer can program the
each with one of the functions listed below. Ask your dealer for details on these
functions.
Note:
◆ The duration of pressing a button to activate a function is dependent on your dealer
setting. Your dealer may have set some buttons to be held down for a short duration
instead of being momentarily pressed. Ask your dealer for details on which buttons
need to be held down to activate their functions.
n None
No function has been programmed.
n Button Lock
Press to lock/unlock the transceiver buttons.
n Calling Alert
Toggles the call type between Broadcast Call and Conference Call.
n Channel Down
Decreases the Channel number in steps of 1.
n Channel Down (Continuous)
Hold down this button to continuously decrease the Channel number.
n Channel Menu
Enters Channel Menu Mode. In Channel Menu Mode, the configuration for a
function configured for a channel can be changed.
n Channel Up
Increases the Channel number in steps of 1.
n Channel Up (Continuous)
Hold down this button to continuously increase the Channel number.
n CW Message
Press to transmit the preset Morse code message on your current channel.
n Fixed Volume
Switches various Tone levels of the transceiver among the settings for
High, Low or Off.
n Home Channel
Press this button to immediately select your home channel.
