5.5.5 Fuel oil
Fill up fuel oil tank with extra light type oil.
Close oil inlet using the proper cap.
5.5.6 Cleaning agents
Prepare chemicals in a concentration of 1 : 10 (1 part cleaning agent/10 parts water) or, if
necessary, using a higher concentration in a 25 liter tank. Put full tank into the support. Insert
the appropriate suction hose with filter as deeply as possible into the cleaning agent tank.
5.5.7 Machine hood
The machine must not be operated without the machine hood.
Mount hood according to the instructions and lock in place using the 4 bolts in the
head parts of the hood.
5.6

Commissioning

5.6.1 Initial Commissioning
Operate and deaerate machine without using the spray lance, without the oil burner running
and without the adding of chemicals for about 1 minute, at zero pressure.
- Set turning knob of the regulating thermostat right back to the stop.
- Set dosing valve knob to „0".
- Set ON/OFF switch to „1".
Thereupon:
- Set ON/OFF switch to „0"
- Connect spray lance and spray gun to the high-pressure hose in a pressure sealed
manner.
