Procedura podłączenia modułu

1. Należy odłączyć napięcie zasilania od urządzenia.
2. Należy zdjąć osłonę zacisków oraz wyjąć wtyczki zacisków.
3. Należy zdjąć osłonę otworu montażowego w produkcie Lovato,
w którym ma być umieszczony moduł.
4. Następnie należy umieścić moduł EXP10 15 w otworze montażowym,
jak to pokazano na powyższym zdjęciu.
5. Zamontować wtyczki zacisków i osłonę zacisków.
6. Podłączyć zasilanie pomocnicze (jednostka bazowa automatycznie
rozpozna podłączony moduł.
UWAGA: By zdemontować moduł, należy odłączyć napięcie zasilania
i przeprowadzić procedurę, w odwrotnej kolejności, od punktu 5 do 2.
Należy delikatnie nacisnąć na punkt oznaczony * na powyższym zdjęciu,
by zdemontować moduł.
Wprowadzenie karty SIM
By wprowadzić kartę SIM do modułu EXP:
1.
Ta operacja musi być przeprowadzona, gdy moduł nie jest zasilony,
to jest, niepodłączony do jednostki bazowej lub, gdy jednostka
bazowa nie jest zasilona.
2.
Przy użyciu zaostrzonego narzędzia np. długopis należy wcisnąć
żółty przycisk, jak pokazano na poniższym zdjęciu.
3.
Następnie wyjąć podstawkę karty SIM z modułu.
4.
Umieścić w podstawce kartę SIM jak poniżej.
5.
Ponownie włożyć podstawkę z karta do modułu i wsunąć
po prowadnicach.
UWAGA: Karta SIM musi mieć włączoną usługę transmisji danych. Należy
skontaktować się z operatorem GSM by uzyskać więcej informacji.
Podłączenie anteny
1.
Antena musi być podłączona do łącznika SMA przez przykręcenie.
2.
Antena musi być kompatybilna z siecią GSM, która jest dostępna
w regionie w którym został zamontowany moduł.
3.
Zaleca się zastosowanie anteny Lovato typu CX03.
Nie należy odłączać kabla anteny kiedy moduł jest w trakcie pracy.

Module connection procedure

1. Remove any dangerous voltage.
2. Remove the terminal covers and the terminal block.
3. Remove the expansion slot cover of the Lovato product at the
position in which the EXP will be plug in.
4. Insert the EXP10 15 as shown in the above picture.
5. Replace the terminal block and the terminal cover.
6. Power up the system (the base product will automatically recognize
the expansion unit).
NOTE: remove any dangerous voltage and repeat the operations from
step 5 to step 2 in the opposite direction in order to remove the module.
Press in the point indicated by the * in the picture in order to remove the
module.
SIM card insertion
To insert the SIM card into EXP module:
1.
This operation must be done with EXP module powered off, that is
when the module is not inserted yet in the expansion bus or when
the base unit is powered off.
2.
Push with a pen-tip on the small yellow button as shown in picture.
3.
Remove the SIM-holder from the module.
4.
Position the SIM card as shown in picture.
5.
Re-insert the SIM holder in place, carefully sliding into its side
guides
NOTE: The SIM card must be enabled to data traffic. Contact your GSM
network provider in order to get more information.
Connection of Antenna
1.
The antenna must be connected simply screwing its connector into
the module coaxial SMA connector.
2.
The antenna must be of a type compatible with the GSM network of
the geographic area where the modem has to be used.
3.
We recommend to use the Lovato CX03 antenna.
Do not disconnect antenna cable while the module is in operation.
