AC Power
This product has an auto-ranging power supply that works with an input voltage range of 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz.
To eliminate wear and improve its lifespan, during periods of non-use completely disconnect the
product from power via breaker or by unplugging it.

Power Linking

For the maximum number of Derby X products that you can power link at each voltage, see the User Manual or the
sticker on the product.

Fuse Replacement

1.
Disconnect the product from power.
2.
Wedge the tip of a flat-head screwdriver into the slot of the fuse holder.
3.
Pry the safety cap out of the housing.
4.
Remove the blown fuse from the clip on the front of the safety cap and replace with a fuse of the exact same
type and rating.
5.
Re-insert the fuse holder and reconnect power.

A maximum of 4 products can be stacked with the optional X-Bracket.

Control Panel Description

The Derby X uses 10 DIP switches to select from 3 operating modes: DMX, Slave, and Sound-Active.
Sound-Active Mode
Set all DIP switches to Off for Sound-Active mode.
Set DIP switch 10 to ON for DMX mode, then use DIP switches 1–9 to set the starting address as a binary number.
1=1, 2=2, 3=4, 4=8, 5=16, 6=32, 7=64, 8=128, 9=256.
Set DMX address 001 for Slave mode (DIP switch 1 and 10 ON, DIP switches 2–9 Off).
