qos apply policy policy-name { inbound | outbound }
undo qos apply policy [ policy-name ] { inbound | outbound }

Parameters
inbound: Inbound direction.
outbound: Outbound direction. This keyword is not available in control plane view.
policy-name: Specifies a policy name, a string of 1 to 31 characters.
Description
Use the qos apply policy command to apply a QoS policy.
Use the undo qos apply policy command to remove the QoS policy.
Settings in interface view take effect on the current interface. Settings in port group view take effect on all
ports in the port group. Settings in control plane view take effect on the current control plane.
Examples
# Apply policy USER1 in the outbound direction of GigabitEthernet 1/0/1.
<Sysname> system-view

[Sysname-GigabitEthernet1/0/1] qos apply policy USER1 outbound
# Apply policy aaa to the inbound direction of the device numbered 3 in the IRF virtual device.

Description
CAR information
Committed information rate (CIR) in kbps
Committed burst size (CBS) in bytes, which specifies the depth of the
token bucket for holding traffic bursts
Excessive burst size (EBS) in bytes, which specifies the amount of traffic
beyond the CBS when two token buckets are used
Action on red packets
Statistics about green packets
Statistics about yellow packets
Statistics about red packets
