Troubleshooting
If your LINK 201 does not report trips to WEBFLEET properly anymore, the device may need to be
reset. For this please contact the TomTom Telematics Customer Support.

The LINK 201 boots for approximately 30
seconds after you have connected it to the OBD-II
port of the vehicle before it starts establishing
mobile network and GPS reception.
