NB: First connect the wires then insert the plug into the LINK 510. If you have inserted the plug into the LINK 510 first, you must connect the GND wire before you connect the PWR+ wire and the IGN wire.

To conduct a test, please refer to TomTom LINK 510 testing procedures. After a successful test you can now close the TomTom LINK 510 with the plastic seal NB: Once you have closed the TomTom LINK 510 with the plastic seal, the device cannot be opened again without damaging the seal. -

Rapidly flashing No operating system and/or no application available or application failed. • Install latest firmware application using the TomTom Business Solutions Firmware Update ON and short OFF every 3sec Ignition on. Application is running, device is not activated. • Activate device ON Application is running, device is activated. -

ON Connected. Resetting the LINK 510 To restart your LINK 510, press the reset button with a thin pointed object until it clicks and keeps it pressed down for 1 to 2 seconds.
