how do i print just the back of card and not the front

To print just the back of a Magicard 300 Series card, you need to use a printer fitted with the optional Magnetic Encoding module, if encoding is also required. Load the card with the magnetic stripe facing down on the left side of the printer (as viewed from the front). To print only on the back, configure your card printing application or the Driver Interface to select the back side for printing.

My Magicard 300 will not give me an option to print on both sides, but my design is created on two sides.

Your Magicard 300 may not be allowing double-sided printing because it is a UNO (single-sided) model. To enable double-sided (DUO) printing, the printer must be upgraded via an electronic update, which is available from your printer supplier.

When attempting to open a template sent to me by a Co-worker, I cant open it in MagicHub. I get "Something unexpected has happened, but you may continue working." and afterwards MagicHub crashes.
