4.7.6. Use Samba to copy files in OS X
The steps to transfer files using Samba in Mac are as follows:
Open Finder and in the top menu click Go > Connect to server as shown in Figure 38.

In the server address field, type smb://mylinkit.local and click Connect, as shown in Figure
