Computer Not Recognizing the M9005A Chassis

Receiver Check Failure
If the system fails the receiver check, first confirm that the millimeter
configuration is set up correctly. Verify the following:

If the receiver test fails with the ports open:

1. Ensure the M9005A-002 PXIe card is fully seated and recognized by
your computer.
2. Ensure the cable between the M9005A and the PXIe card is fully
connected.
3. Ensure the M9005A is turned on before the computer.
4. Refer to the Keysight M9005A PXIe Chassis User Guide for more
information.
1. Frequency range is 60 GHz to 90 GHz.
2. Multipliers are set to RF = 6 and LO = 6.
3. Default value for the maximum power limit is 2 dB.

supplies are turned on (the green LED light should be lit on the rear
of each extender).

1. Connect a short to the port with the issue. The receiver level should
be higher for A1,1 , B2,2 , C3,3 , or D4,4 , depending on which port
is being checked. Opens can cause misleading results.
