Dynamic Range Check
N5252A-200 (2-Port) System
1. Connect the VNA extender waveguide Ports 1 and 2 together.
2. Select Preset.
3. Set the power level to 20 dBm.
4. Ensure that the following traces are each set up in a display window (turn on
"Statistics" for each trace and refer to the mean value):
a. S12 - Trace
b. S21 - Trace
5. Normalize the S12 and S21 traces.
6. Set IF BW to 10 Hz.
7. Separate the VNA extenders and connect a flush short to the ends of each, at Port 1
and Port 2.
8. Set the scale reference level to -100 dB in each window.

10. Verify the mean value is ≥ -100 dB for each trace.
