Fix the arm curl cushion (66) with two screw sets (37) onto the arm curl tube (47). Next put the arm curl tube
(47) into the mount on the main frame (25) and fix it in the required position using the knob (34).
Next fix the hand grip on the arm curl (45) onto the leg curl (43) using a safety pin (29).
