2 In the "Properties - Data Block" dialog box,
Enter a name and a number for your data block.

In this example, the designation is "DB15".
Open the "Type" drop-down list and select "Shared DB" option.

Enter a symbolic name as desired.
•
In this example, the symbolic name is "PSU_Global".
Click "OK".
•
Your data block is created.
3 Open the newly created DB.
Replace the Temporary placeholder variable at address "+0.0" in the "Address" column with a tag
•
"UDT_PSU8600_Data_V2" in the "Type" column.
Name your tag. In this example, the tag name is "PSU".
•
Delete the initial value.
•
4 Close the window.
