CONNECTION DIAGRAMS
250K - 290K BTU Systems
250K - 299K with DFLKVFIT250 (Follow steps 1 - 8)
300K+ with DFLKVFIT300 (Follow steps 1 - 8, including 3A)
1. Locate DFLKV34 and FIT250 OR DFLKV34 and FIT300
Parts include two Whistle-Free Flex Lines, key valve,
escutcheon plate, keys, and FIT250 Kit (DFLKV34FIT250
ONLY) or FIT300 Kit (DFLKVFIT300 ONLY)
3" Key
FIT250 Kit: (1) 3/4" x 3" Nipple,
(1) 3/4" x ½" MM Reducer Fitting,
(2) 3/4" Tees
Included with DFLKV34FIT250 ONLY
2. Remove Flared Fittings from Whistle-Free Flex Lines
(DFLKV34FIT250 and DFLKV34FIT300) Removing flared
fittings first makes attaching to FIT250 or FIT300 easier.
