3.16 SETTING INDIVIDUAL FORWARD NO ANSWER TIMERS

[MMC 502]
Each station can have an individual call Forward No Answer timer to accommodate differ-
ent individual work habits of station users. If adjusting this timer (in MMC 501), take care
that the value is not greater than the Transfer Recall timer value. The range is 001-255
seconds.

Open customer programming and follow the instructions below.

Enter the new value via the dial pad, e.g., 020 (must
be three digits) and the system will return to step 2
