After unpacking, check the cabinet for any damage caused during transportation. In the event of
damage, please contact the forwarding company.
For easy transportation on flat surfaces after installation, the ICM features rollers on its base.

3.2 Choosing installation spot

The Retro [R290] LC can only be used indoors. Therefore, outdoor placement is forbidden.
Place the unit in a well-ventilated area. Ensure that there is a minimum 4-inch (100mm) clearance
from the nearest obstacle at the rear, top, left and right sides of the unit. Use the supplied spacer
to ensure the specified distance at the back.
Make sure that the front and rear air grilles are free of any obstruction.

3.3 Connection to the main supply

Connect the ICM to a 220-240 Volts power supply on a 10A-16A fused & grounded socket. Do not use
extension cables.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised during use or
have received specific instructions concerning the use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
The appliance must be placed in an adequately ventilated room of at least
10 cubic meters. Avoid placing the appliance near cookers, radiators or in
direct sunlight as this will cause the compressor to run for long periods
of time.
Do not place the merchandiser:
in direct sunlight or near heat sources (radiators, stoves & other
heating equipment)
outdoors, without proper protection from rain, moisture and other
atmospheric elements
in weather conditions for which it is not certified
in extreme environmental conditions (i.e. extensive exposure to
saline humidity)
on a surface with an angle more than 5°
Do not connect the merchandiser to:
a non grounded wall socket or power line
improper supply voltage and frequency
power supply that does not comply with the safety regulations of the
appliance or with current legislation on electrical installations
