At the Back of the
Headrest, Pull the Fabric
Tab out from Slot in
Headrest As Shown
Repeat for other side.
Gently Pull Headrest Pad
Off Bottom of Headrest As
Shown
Remove headrest pad from shell.
Undo Fasteners on Seat
Pad As Shown
Locate Seat Pad Tabs on
Bottom of Seat
Release elastic straps from tabs.
9 Locate Seat Pad Tab on
Sides of Seat
There is one on each side.

Pull Down Seat Pad to
Stretch Elastic Strap
Release elastic strap from tab
on each side of seat.

Pull Pad Off Bottom of Seat
