Securely screw the duct VR 80 onto the duct adapter's re-
cesses with two screws (2.9 x 9 mm).

Warm air distribution

Fire hazard or risk of malfunction if installed incorrectly
or if parts other than original Truma parts are used for
the warm air distribution.
– Use only original Truma parts for the warm air distribu-
tion. The heater is only tested and approved with these
components.
– Follow the installation instructions when installing the
warm air distribution.
Additional information on the warm air distribution
in the installation instructions of the Truma VarioHeat
must be observed!
If no duct VR 80 or elbow BG 80 is connected to the
warm air outlet of the Truma E-Kit, a grille (1) must be
fitted.
If there are 90° bends in the warm air system, the elbow
BG 80 must be used in order to prevent a pressure loss.

Only the duct VR 80 and the elbow BG 80 may be plugged
onto the Truma E-Kit. Maximum total duct length (includ-
ing Truma E-Kit) 100 cm.

Connect the duct VR 80 to the Truma E-Kit

Insert the duct VR 80 as far as possible into the warm air out-
let of the Truma E-Kit. The warm air duct is held in position by
barbed hooks.

Connect the elbow BG 80 to the duct adapter

Only the elbow BG 80 (39491-01) with slats (1) may be
fitted in conjunction with the Truma E-Kit. Other elbows
are not permitted.

Insert the elbow BG 80 into the duct adapter. The hooks (6)
must engage on the ring of the elbow BG 80 (5).

Electrical connection

The connector cables and plugs must not be subjected to
force. For strain relief, bundle up the connector cables and use
a cable tie to secure each one to the supplied mounting bases.
