Step3: Touch1,2,5 for 125"F.

Step 4: TouchPOWERLEVEL
pad. "ENTERPOWER"flashes.
Touch5 formediumpower.

andPOWER5 showon display.
Step 5: TouchSTART. I f internal
temperature oftheroastis lessthan
80"F.,displaywillshow"COOL"
or if temperature is 80"F.or above,
displayshowstemperature
countingup.
Step 6: When 125"F. is reached,
the ovenwillsoundanddisplay
"HOLD:'The ovenwillthenhold
thetemperature.
Step 7:Touchthe CLEAR/OFF
padto stopthe cycle.
Step 8: Remove probeandfood
fromthe oven.
