Hints for better shooting
Place the digital camcorder on a flat surface or
use a tripod
Try placing the digital camcorder on a table top
or any other flat surface of suitable height. If you
have a tripod for a still camera, you can also use
it with the digital camcorder.
When attaching a non-Sony tripod, make sure
that the length of the tripod screw is less than 6.5
mm (9/32 inch). Otherwise, the screw may
damage the inner parts of the digital camcorder.
Caution on carrying
Do not pick up the digital camcorder by anything
other than the grip or handle [g].
Caution on the viewfinder
Do not place the digital camcorder so as to point
the viewfinder toward the sun. The inside of the
viewfinder may be damaged.
Be careful when placing the digital camcorder
under sunlight or by a window [h].

Note on the viewfinder
When attaching the video light (not supplied) to
the accessory shoe, do not lift the viewfinder.
The video light heat may damage the eyecup.

Coloque la videocámara digital sobre una
superficie plana o utilice un trípode
Pruebe a colocar la videocámara digital sobre
una mesa u otra superficie plana de altura
adecuada. Si posee un trípode para cámara
fotográfica, podrá utilizarlo también con esta
videocámara digital.
Cuando utilice un trípode que no sea Sony,
cerciórese de que la longitud del tornillo del
mismo sea inferior a 6,5 mm. De lo contrario, el
tornillo podría dañar las partes internas de la
videocámara digital.
Precaución para el transporte
No sujete la videocámara digital por ninguna
parte que no sea la empuñadura o el asa [g].
Precaución sobre el visor
No coloque la videocámara digital de forma que
quede apuntando hacia el sol. El interior del
visor podría dañarse.
Tenga cuidado cuando coloque la videocámara
digital bajo el sol o cerca de una ventana [h].

Nota sobre el visor
Cuando haya instalado una lámpara para vídeo
(no suministrada) en la zapata para accesorios,
no levante el visor.
El calor de la lámpara para vídeo podría dañar el
ocular del visor.
