GENERAL The CEECO 323-F Stainless Steel Wall Telephone, equipped with CAC5.01 firmware, is a microprocessor-based instrument designed to deter fraud from hand held tone dialers, hookswitch dialing and other fraudulent call attempts. The transmitter is muted during periods of dial tone preventing the use of hand held dialers. -
