Setting up your PC

Right-click the PC-FAX
The PC-Fax Rx Setup dialog box appears:

In Save file to, click the Browse button if you want to change the path where PC-FAX files are saved.

In File Format, choose .tif or .pdf as the received document format. The default format is .tif.

To play wave files (.wav sound files) when receiving a fax, check Play wave file when receiving FAX,
and enter the path of the wave file.

To automatically start the PC-FAX receiving software when you start Windows
folder.

Viewing new PC-FAX messages

Each time your PC is receiving a PC-FAX, the icon will alternate between
been received, the icon will change to

Double-click to open the Fax Received folder.

Double-click any new faxes to open and view them.

The subject of the received fax shows the received date and time based on your PC clock. (For example
'Fax 20-2-2011 16;40;21.tif'.)
