Click the Start button, All Programs, Brother, MFC-XXXX (where XXXX is your model name),
PC-FAX Sending, then PC-FAX Address Book.

Click (Brother Utilities), and then click the drop-down list and select your model name (if not
already selected). Click PC-FAX Send in the left navigation bar, and then click PC-FAX Address Book.
The Address Book dialog box appears:
