When a scan is started, a window is displayed that allows the location of the .pct file to be
specified, as well as allowing notes to be entered for the scan. These notes are stored within the
.pct scan file and may be refered to later, this window is shown in Figure 14.

Click on 'Start Scan' to begin.
Once 'Start Scan' is clicked, data from the Grad-13 device is collected and stored within the
.pct file specified within the Start Scan window. Graphs may be displayed by clicking on 'Show
Graph', see Figure 15.
