Monitor Mounting/Installation Options

The monitor may be mounted on a chair, wall, bed footboard or
headboard, or a wheelchair.
WARNING:

Wall Mounting

To mount the monitor on a wall, use a Wall Mount Bracket Kit (WMB-
1000 - provided with the monitor).
The mounting bracket should be attached to the wall with the
included screws or Dual-Lock fasteners.
If using a Nurse Call system, a ¼" plug connected Nurse Call cable
is also required. A grey 8 ft ¼" plug to ¼" plug cable is available
separately from Stanley Healthcare (0707-569).

Select a flat surface for Monitor installation, where staff can
easily reach the monitor and where pads and other required
accessories can be connected.
2.
Attach the Wall Mount Bracket using screws, or Dual-Lock
fasteners for easier removal.
3.
Strain relief should be used with the Pad cords and/or Nurse Call
cable as shown here:

Slide the monitor down into the bracket from the top until the
release button clicks.
5.
Insert the Nurse Call cable plug into the Nurse Call port in the
monitor. Plug the other end into the facility's Nurse Call system
receptacle.

Do not place the monitor within 0.3 meters (1 ft.) of
and facing the patient/resident. However, placing the
monitor on a wheelchair back is acceptable as long as
the monitor is facing away from the patient/resident.
