SECTION 4 - SERVICE & LUBRICATION
INFORMATION
TRACTION LEVERS
Lubricate each with 1-2 shots of
grease every 25 hours of operation.
INTERLOCK

Inspect switches for ease
of operation

Before each mowing period, coat all wear

ENGINE
Change Oil Fi{ter after first 5 hours of
operation. Change engine oil every 25
hours under normal conditions or daily
under extreme dusty conditions. Change
Filter every 50 hours of operation.
Clean AIR FILTER Foam Element
every 25 hours Service PAPER
ELEMENT
every 100 hours.
HYDRAULIC
FILTER
Change Hydraulic Oil and Filter
after first 25 hours of operation.
Thereafter,
change Hyd_
and Filter every 200 hours

MOTOR HUBS - Lubricate
Motor Hubs with Anti-Seize
Compound when replacing
Wheel Hubs.
REAR TIRES - Check tire
pressure before each mowing
period, inflate to 12-15 psi.

Lubricate each with two
(2) SHOTS of bearing
grease daily
CUTTER DECK

DEFLECTOR
Lubricate hinge
points as required.

HOSES & FITTINGS
Check daily for leaks, cracks,
kinks, and other signs of wear.
MOWING DECK
At end of each mowing period,
remove grass and debris from
under mowing deck and above
rear SAFETY Shield.
FRONT TIRES
Check tire pressure before
each mowing period. Inflate to
25 PSI

Tighten
capscrews to 75 foot pounds.
