Start Optical Measurement
1. Please select the Optics Data button in the
main menu.
2. System will ask you whether or not to scan the
barcode.
3. Select the sample type according to the
samples need to detect. Select "DNA" for
standard sample provided from RBC.
4. Put 60 μL reference solution into the cuvette,
and place cuvette into cartridge rack.
5. After 15 min warming up, press "Start" to
perform detection.

6. After detection, remove the liquid in the
cuvette by using the pipet. Centrifuge briefly
and remove the residue liquid. Put 60 μL
standard solution into the cuvette. The
replacement should be complete within 5 min.
(Prepare standard solution according to the
data sheet accompany with the Standard/
Reference Set.)
7. Place the cuvette with standard solution back
into the same well of cartridge rack.
Press "Start" to continue the sample
detection.
8. The detection is complete. You can select to
browse or print the result.
