profiles
Each profile uses a different set of sounds,
ring styles, earpiece volume settings, or
vibrations for incoming calls and other events.
For example, the Outdoor profile volume is
much louder than the Normal profile.
You can choose from these profiles:
Normal
Vibrate
Silent
Outdoor

To choose a profile:
1 From the home screen, press down on
2 Select a profile and press the left soft key
Indicators can appear at the top of your home
screen for the Silent (Q) and Vibrate (<)
Automatic
profiles. A % means the speakerphone is on
(see page 25).
Note: The Automatic profile is the same as
Normal, except that it automatically switches to
Vibrate during any event stored in
your Calendar.
the navigation key (S) to scroll to Profile
and press the center select key (s).
