insert a media object in an
e-mail
To add a picture, voice note, or file in an e-mail
message:
1
In the composing message area of the
message, press the right soft key (+)
(Menu).
2 Scroll to Insert and press the center
select key (s).
3 Scroll to Picture, Voice Note, or File and press
the center select key (s).
4 Scroll to Picture or File and press the center
select key (s), or follow the on-screen
prompts to record a voice note.

1 Press the left soft key (-) (Start).
2 Scroll to Messaging and press the center
select key (s).
3 Scroll to your e-mail account and press
the center select key (s).
4 Scroll to the message and press the right
soft key (+) (Menu).
5 Scroll to Download Message and press the
center select key (s).
The complete message is retrieved the next
time you synchronize or connect to your
e-mail server and send and receive e-mail.
mark a folder for
synchronization
When you synchronize your e-mail account
with your computer, the same Inbox folders
that are in Outlook on your computer are
created on your phone.
