Note: If you don't have some of the
information requested in these steps, contact
your company's system administrator.
To set up corporate e-mail:
1 Press the left soft key (-) (Start).
2 Scroll to ActiveSync and press the center
select key (s).
3 Press the right soft key (+) (Menu),
select Add Server Source, and press the center
select key (s).
4 In Server Address, enter the exchange server
address and press the right soft key (+)
(Next).
Note: You might be required to check This
server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection.

5 In User Name, enter your user name for the
e-mail account
6 In Password, enter the password for the
account.
7 In Domain, enter the server's domain name
(if necessary).
Tip: If you don't want to enter your
password each time you synchronize,
check Save Password.
8 Press the right soft key (+) (Next).
9 Choose the data you want to synchronize,
such as Contacts, Calendar, Email, and Tasks.
10 Press the left soft key (-) (Finish).
11 Press the left soft key (-) (Sync) to
synchronize your phone with the
Exchange server and then go to the next
steps in "sync over the air" on page 49.
