create and add an e-mail
signature
1 Press the left soft key (-) (Start).
2 Scroll to Messaging and press the center
select key (s).
3 Scroll to your e-mail account and press
the center select key (s).
4 Press the right soft key (+) (Menu), scroll
to Tools and press the center
select key (s).
5 Scroll to Options and press the center
select key (s).
6 Scroll to Signatures and press the center
select key (s).
7 Scroll to the account for which you are
creating the signature and check Use
signature with this account.
8 Scroll the Signature box, enter your
signature, and press the left soft key (-)
(Done).
Tip: To insert a signature in every
message you send, select Include when
replying and forwarding. Otherwise, a signature
is inserted only in new messages.
read new messages
To quickly view new messages, scroll to
the message notification area on the home
screen and press the center select key (s).
view attachment
While viewing a message, use the
center select key (s) to select the
attachment.
Note: You can view attachments only for file
types that are supported by the phone.
