10. Remove the marker from hole "C" .
11. Push the "push to open" clapper to open the circuit breaker.

12. Inspect the circuit breaker to assure it is in the open position
and the closing springs are discharged. Remove the transparent
CloSure tool. Remove the tape from the cam and stick the tape
on the front right side sheet of the circuit breaker. Record the
date of the test and the operations counter reading on the tape
(Figures 40, 41 and 42).
